My Story

Hi, I’m Eva Swersey, a Vienna based Realtor with Compass serving Northern Virginia. I combine thoughtful strategy with steady support so buyers and sellers feel confident, informed, and well guided from our first conversation through closing and beyond.

I’ve had an entrepreneurial spirit since childhood, inspired by my family’s history of business ownership. As a kid, I was selling handmade potholders door to door in my neighborhood. Today, I bring that same initiative and care to helping people buy and sell homes in Vienna and across Northern Virginia.

What drew me to real estate is the strategy. I enjoy looking several steps ahead, planning thoughtfully, and helping clients make decisions that lead to strong outcomes. Buying or selling a home is a personal transition, and I’m here to make it feel clear, supported, and manageable.
